Regular cleaning: After each use, the material residue inside and outside the kneading machine should be cleaned in time to prevent cross contamination and corrosion.
Lubrication system maintenance: Regularly check the oil level of the lubricating oil tank, replenish or replace clean lubricating oil in time to ensure that the oil circuit is unobstructed and avoid mechanical failures caused by poor lubrication.
Electrical system maintenance: Regularly check whether the wiring of the motor, cable and electric control box is firm, clean the dust in the electric control box, maintain its good heat dissipation performance, and prevent overheating from causing failures.
Transmission part inspection: Regularly check the wear of transmission parts such as gears and bearings, and replace severely worn parts in time to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
Fasteners inspection: After each use, check and tighten the fasteners of the equipment to prevent vibration or noise caused by looseness.
Lubricating oil injection into lubricating parts: Add oil at least twice per shift, and replace lubricating oil every three months to ensure that each lubrication point is adequately supplied with oil.
Replacement of seals: According to the use and wear of the wall plate shaft seal, adjust or replace the seals in time to ensure its sealing performance.
Steam pipe inspection: Regularly check the steam pipes and joints to ensure that there is no leakage and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Overall overhaul: After the machine has been running for six months, a comprehensive overhaul will be carried out, focusing on checking the vulnerable parts, and making necessary repairs or replacements.
Handling of newly installed equipment: The newly installed kneading machine needs to be cleaned, decontaminated and wiped with anti-rust grease before use, and check that the appropriate amount of lubricating oil is injected into each lubrication point.
Maintenance of screw reducer: The screw reducer and the main motor of the kneading machine should run synchronously, pay attention to the oil level scale of the machine body, add oil in time, and ensure sufficient lubrication.
