Waste plastic recycling machine:
Screw: This is the most important part of the extruder, made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, which directly affects the application range and productivity of the extruder.
Barrel: A metal cylinder, usually made of heat-resistant, high-compression strength, strong, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel or a composite steel pipe lined with alloy steel. The barrel and the screw cooperate to achieve the crushing, softening, melting, plasticizing, exhausting and compacting of the plastic, and continuously and evenly transport the rubber to the molding system.
Hopper: The bottom is equipped with a cut-off device for adjusting and cutting off the material flow, and the side is equipped with a sight hole and a calibrated metering device.
Head and mold: It is composed of an alloy steel inner sleeve and a carbon steel outer sleeve, and the molding mold is installed inside. The function of the head is to convert the rotating plastic melt into parallel linear motion and give the plastic the necessary molding pressure.
Tailings recovery machine:
Main unit: The core component responsible for adsorbing magnetic minerals in tailings.
Mineral deficiency device: Used to detect the inflow of slurry.
Collection trough: Collects magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the disk.
Chute: The main channel for slurry to flow in.
Frame: Supports the entire equipment.
Fine sand recovery machine:
Fine sand extractor: Used to extract fine sand from silt.
Sediment separator: Separates silt and water.
Sand-water mixture treatment system: A system for treating a mixture of sand and water.
