The working principle of cable material granulation line mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation and mixing: First, put the PVC material into the high mixer for mixing. The purpose of this step is to ensure that the material is evenly mixed and prepare for subsequent plasticization.

‌Plasticizing and mixing: The mixed material is fed into the upper parallel twin-screw extruder through a screw feeder. At a high temperature of 140-160℃, the extruder completes the plasticizing, mixing and uniform dispersion of the material.

‌Extrusion granulation: The plasticized melt then falls into the large-diameter lower single-screw extruder, and extrusion granulation is completed in the melt state of 120℃.

‌Pelletizing and cooling: The extruded material is pelletized by the air-cooled die face hot cutting head and cooled by the air cooling system. The cooled particles are sent to the finished product silo for packaging.
