Working Principle Of Recycling Machine
Mar 07, 2025| The working principle of recycling machine varies according to the type of equipment. The following are the working principles of several common recycling machines:
Steam recycling machine
Steam recycling machine is mainly used to recover condensed water in steam heating system, which is divided into open recycling and closed recycling. Its working principle is to collect and reuse condensed water from steam system through condensed water recovery device to improve energy utilization efficiency.
Fine sand recycling machine
The fine sand recycling machine is reasonably designed and easy to use. It is mainly composed of motor, vacuum high-pressure pump, sediment separator, TS dewatering screen, cleaning tank and return box. The working process includes conveying the sand and water mixture to the high-pressure separator, concentrating the tailings by centrifugal classification, and then dehydrating through the dewatering screen, and finally effectively separating the tailings from water. By adjusting parameters such as pump speed, slurry concentration and overflow water volume, the functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification can be realized.
Disc tailings recycling machine
The disc tailings recycling machine uses the magnetic force of the disk to separate and recover magnetic minerals in the tailings. Its working principle includes the slurry flowing into the main machine disk, the magnetic minerals are adsorbed by the disk, the non-magnetic minerals flow out, and the adsorbed magnetic minerals are thrown into the ore collecting tank through the unloading device. The equipment has the characteristics of high magnetic field strength, clean and thorough unloading, large processing capacity, high recovery rate and water saving, and is widely used in the mineral processing industry.
Surface floating oil recovery machine
The surface floating oil recovery machine uses the difference in gravity and surface tension between oil and water to absorb organic liquids such as floating oil and heavy oil through the scraper belt. When the oil-carrying belt passes around the heavy wheel, the oil is adsorbed on the filter belt and enters the collector after secondary separation to complete the oil recovery.
