Types Of Rubber Machines

The main types of rubber machines include the following:

Extruder: used to produce rubber products such as tire treads and inner tubes. Its working principle is to stir, mix, plasticize and compress the rubber through the rotation of the screw, and finally extrude the product of the desired shape from the die.

Rubber mixing machine: divided into open and closed types. The open type rubber mixing machine is mainly used for hot mixing, sheeting, rubber breaking, plasticizing and mixing of rubber, while the closed type rubber mixing machine is mainly used for plasticizing and mixing of rubber.

Rubber granulator: including shearing type and slinging knife type. The rubber granules crushed by the shearing type rubber granulator are uniform in shape, which is suitable for making plastic tracks, rubber floor tiles, etc.; although the slinging knife type rubber granulator has wear-resistant parts, the granules produced are uneven and suitable for coarse crushing.
