The barrel is designed in sections, and the feeding section and extrusion section are independently water-cooled, which effectively prevents the rubber from overheating and coking, reduces energy waste caused by high temperature, and the energy saving effect of the whole machine can reach 20%.

In the production of tires and rubber products, rubber filter machines are mainly used to filter impurities such as tiny particles and fibers in natural rubber and synthetic rubber raw materials to ensure uniform structure of products such as treads, inner tubes, and sealing strips.

During the processing of recycled rubber, rubber filter machines are responsible for removing foreign matter such as metal debris, sand and gravel from recycled rubber, and through precise filtration, the purity of recycled rubber reaches 99.5%.

In the field of special rubber material manufacturing, rubber filters perform high-precision filtration on silicone rubber and fluororubber to remove micron-level impurities to meet the hygiene requirements of medical rubber catheters and food-grade seals.
