The two-stage machine adopts a combination of high-speed twin screws (upper section) and low-speed single screws (lower section), with twin screws for mixing and single screws for compacting, suitable for highly filled and heat-sensitive materials (such as flame-retardant PVC).
The screw material is 38CrMoALA nitrided, hard chrome plated on the surface, and equipped with a water-cooled core, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Temperature control system: It uses electric heater and water cooling device, the temperature fluctuation does not exceed ±1℃, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
Particle cutting system: It uses air-cooled die face hot cutting head plus vibrating screen to reduce clay particles, and the particle uniformity reaches more than 98%.
Screen changing device: It is equipped with hydraulic plate/double column non-stop screen changing function to reduce production interruption.
Control system: It realizes full automatic control through PLC, and can monitor temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters in real time.

Precision die head design
The die head is formed in one step by a CNC five-axis machining center, with a matching accuracy of ±0.05mm, ensuring consistent pelletizing size and avoiding mold blocking or uneven discharge.
High-efficiency capacity output
The PVC cable compound pelletizing line is equipped with a two-stage exhaust structure and a twin-screw design. The output can reach 450kg/h, which increases the capacity by more than 30% compared with traditional single-stage equipment.
Corrosion-resistant feeding system
The feeder and contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, which is suitable for PVC formulas containing corrosive additives such as calcium powder and stabilizers, and the service life exceeds 5 years.
Modular structure
Each functional section adopts modular connection, and it only takes 20 minutes to complete cleaning when changing color or formula.
